LOCATIONS

Located along the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast Path in Angle, Wavecrest Cafe is a delightful culinary gem that marries the serene beauty of the beach with an impressive dining experience. As you approach the café, the crisp sea air envelops you, inviting you to explore what lies within. This charming establishment is not your average beach café; it boasts a classy atmosphere with a menu that caters to both casual diners and food enthusiasts alike.

Upon entering, you're greeted by friendly staff who genuinely care about your comfort. As Anne-Marie Tuck noted in her review, the service is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making every visitor feel welcomed. Whether you're seeking refuge from a brisk walk along the coast or just a quaint spot for a meal, Wavecrest Cafe delivers an inviting ambiance paired with stunning views of St Ann’s head and Milford Haven.

The menu is a highlight in itself, offering a variety of dishes that speak to the quality and creativity of the kitchen. From beautifully presented crab sandwiches to a Mediterranean veg platter, each dish is crafted with care. Kelvin Shorte reminisced about a custom-made thick milkshake that showcased the café's dedication to fresh, wholesome ingredients. It reflects how Wavecrest caters to individual needs while ensuring that every mouthful is a delicious delight.

Additionally, the café's selection goes beyond a standard menu, with tempting options like rich cakes and a ploughman platter that K recommends highly. The generous portions ensure you feel satiated without breaking the bank, making it an excellent choice for families and groups of friends. As Steve Rowland observed, even the coffee and cakes come with touches of generosity, highlighting the café’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Wavecrest Cafe also recognizes the importance of being inclusive; its dog-friendly environment means you can bring your furry friends along after a long hike. Whether you find yourself indoors enjoying the classy interior or relaxing outside under the sun, Wavecrest creates a warm, inviting space for all guests. As Lynn Francis warmly states, it’s not just the food that’s great, but the overall experience that keeps visitors returning time and again.

In conclusion, Wavecrest Cafe stands out not only for its stunning coastal location but also for its remarkable food and exceptional service. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy delicious meals, and soak in breathtaking views. Make a note to stop by when you’re near; you'll leave with fond memories and a full belly.

We were walk-ins, not expecting such a classy/foodie establishment for a beach cafe. However we managed to get an indoor table on this very windy day. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. The wait for food was 20mins (which seemed very reasonable given the circumstances), our drinks were brought immediately. We had a children’s lunch box, and two “specials” the crab sandwiches and the Mediterranean veg platter. All beautifully presented. We all cleared our plates/box. Very satisfied. Delighted. Cafe has great views and atmosphere and excellent food.

It's always nice when they make something that's not on the menu. After a 3 hour hike we fell upon this place. I really fancied a milkshake, not a processed , carton one. They made a lovely, thick milkshake from scratch. This place is worth it.

Lovely cafe with a lot of options! A little on the fancier side. I was SORELY tempted by the father's day cheeseboard as well as the cheesecake...

Lovely cafe with friendly staff and delicious food. We had coffee and cakes. As we were the first cake customers of the day they gave us the end bits in addition to the generous slices for free. Coffee was also nice and reasonably priced. Lots of seating inside and out. Dog friendly and great views.

A very busy place considering the fairly remote location but I think that people come here just for the food, rather than for the beach itself. Nice food, nice cakes as well and always friendly staff and such a beautiful beach with lots of hidden areas if you explore. Great views of St Ann’s head, Milford Haven and Irish Ferries and Tankers with tug boats.

"Absolutely love Wavecrest Cafe! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a delight. Plus, it's a dog-friendly spot, which is very handy when coming back from a walk or the beach. The food is not only tasty but also generously portioned. Highly recommend trying their ploughman platter.
